Nanocoating
Introducing our nanocoating! This advanced coating is suitable for all glass surfaces, including residential buildings and vehicles (cars, buses, trains, ships), shower walls, and other glass and ceramic surfaces in sanitary facilities.
Nanocoating creates a clear and colorless protective layer on the glass, which is resistant to wear, prevents dirt such as dust, grease, and limescale from adhering, and is therefore very easy to clean without the need for abrasion or chemicals.
Thanks to the coating, the interval between window and glass surface cleanings is extended, and cleaning is made easier. As the cleaning intervals lengthen, the associated costs decrease, and the reduced use of water and chemicals in cleaning is beneficial for the environment!
Nanocoating for solar panels
Nanocoating is the perfect protection for solar panels!
Several factors affect the performance and efficiency of a solar power plant, and the cleanliness of the panels is a significant factor. Thanks to the protective and dirt-repellent layer of nanocoating, the cleaning interval for the panels is extended, and often a heavy rain shower is enough to wash away impurities.
As a result, the output of the power plant can increase by up to 10% in wet conditions, as, for example, dust can no longer form a harmful layer on the surface of the panels, and snow slides off the panels more easily, enabling the power plant to generate electricity from the first rays of spring.
In addition, dirt absorbed into the surface of the panels and their cleaning by abrasion are harmful to the panel surfaces, so with nanocoating, you also extend the lifespan of the panels. Below is an example image of nanocoating applied to the glass surface of a solar panel.
How does nanocoating work?
Nanocoatings have only recently become more widely available on the market. By applying a layer of nanoparticles to glass surfaces, it’s like giving it a new durable surface. The coating creates an almost completely smooth and hydrophobic surface that repels water, dirt, bacteria, dust, and other materials.
After glass polishing, the glass is clean and clear, which is the best time to coat the glass with a nanoparticle coating designed for glass surfaces. Coating the glass is a cost-effective and easy way to keep glass surfaces cleaner for longer. The nanoparticle coating typically lasts about five years under normal use.
